| James Brienzo crushed in bin |
James Brienzo has been left in a critical condition in hospital after he tried to hide from police in a rubbish bin. Brienzo was being chased by police out of a shop he had been accused of stealing from , he decided to hide in the bin and wait for police to subside . Unfortunately the bin truck removed the bin unaware of the 37 year olds hiding place. Although Benzio's body was crushed several times in between the big metal forks he somehow managed to retrieve his phone from his pocket and make a call to his friend. His friend alerted police who then used a tracker system to locate the vehicle. The police reported the man to be in 'a lot of pain' after recovering him from the truck . It has been said that Brienzo will be charged with shoplifting upon his much hoped for recovery .
